7-Eleven Wattle Grove

Used to be good when it first opened. They only have half the specials now and only if you have the app. Meant to be 24hrs but they lock the doors at 10

Visited on 05/04/22 around 11pm.. The server was so arrogant.. I rolled up in my work car kitted out with full decals, he knew that I worked for a reportable company yet he gets on his loud speaker and says pre-paid only ( This never happens to any other 7/11 I visit, even if it's 3am in the morning ) So I go to the after hours window and state to him that I have to fill up and I only have a 7/11 fuel card that I use after filling up to log in my kms.. He is like to bad and insists that I leave my keys with him (not my keys so NO or my Driver's licence, again NO.. He is not the Police...

i turned up for coffee at 1:30 am , but no one came on night window, i pressed ring bell 3-4 times but no response,

Good service and prices. Donuts were fresh and coffee was good

Cant go wrong with a 7/11. Great sushi believe it or not and their electronics are cheap woth an awesome guarrantee!

I will need to get this employee's name, and I will add it here soon once I get it. But one individual who works here is a nasty piece of work! I have been told to pay before I pump and watched someone else arrive and pump without paying first and when I asked why he had the excuse that the camera didn't get my number plate and that their biometric camera didn't get my face (there was nothing covering my face or the number plate). Then on another occasion he stared at me and my daughter from across the room while I was looking at the drinks and my daughter was showing me the gaming gift cards and he made us feel very uncomfortable on that occasion. Just yesterday my brother was accused of stealing because he browsed and realised he didnt have his wallet, as he walked out of the store the man called out to him and because he was wearing headphones he couldn't hear. My brother came back and was told to leave by this man and my brother was so shocked and confused because he had no idea what was going on... this man does not belong in the customer service industry and makes the company look very bad.

Came to store on 18/12 at 4:54pm and store was locked and no one opened the door .There was a sign in the door saying “Night pay window in use ‘“….Why it’s closed during store opening times

Very rude and bad service at this 7/11 pump I didn’t see her name she’s working around this hour and making clown out of her self.Should mind your own business focus on your shift don’t ask customers who they saying goodbye

One of the nicest petrol startup I have ever been to.Filled up, price was great.Went in and chap behind the counter (didn’t catch his name) was chatty and very friendly. Noting I was travelling many hundred km today gave me a free coffee for the journeyService. Humility.

Good place to get your tank full, plus other stuff. Staff is nice and friendly. Offers some good deals, but unfortunately if you are looking for things which are on deals in their 7-Eleven fuel app, then there could be disappointment as those things won't be in stock most of the time. Have already experienced this in this store many times. They really need to put enough stock before putting that thing on offer in the app, especially when they are offering it for free.
